Who we are
Bay Area Above Ground Pools ("we", "us") coordinates installation and servicing of round and oval above-ground pools across Tampa Bay and West Central Florida.
Information we collect
When you submit our lead form or AI mockup tool, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the photo of your yard you upload, and the AI-generated mockup. We use this information only to follow up with you about your pool project.
AI Dream Pool tool & backyard photos
When you use our AI Dream Pool tool, the backyard photo you upload is (a) sent to our third-party AI image provider so a mockup can be generated, and (b) stored privately on our backend so we and you can view the result. Images are served via short-lived signed links and are not publicly listed. By uploading a photo you consent to this processing and storage. Your original photo is automatically deleted after 15 days; we may retain the AI-generated mockup longer to follow up on your quote. You can ask us to delete either at any time via our contact page.
SMS & call communications
By submitting our lead form and opting in, you agree to receive calls, text messages (SMS/MMS), and emails from Bay Area Above Ground Pools at the number and email you provide — including marketing messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies (typically 2–4 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS, or reply HELP for help. We will never sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
How we share information
We share your information only with the service providers we use to run our business (backend hosting, AI image processing, SMS/email delivery), and only as needed to contact you. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. To request deletion of your information, contact us and we'll remove it within 30 days.
